In 1992, Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. was established as a successor to The Hanes Company, Inc., which was founded by H. Bruce Hanes in 1970. The Hanes companies have closed over 7,500 multi-product investment transactions with over $4.5 billion in sales volume.

In 1989, Todd S. Schwartz joined the team and began by creating one of the first computerized methods of gathering and analyzing market trend information in such a way as to be comprehensive and current in content, before beginning direct client services and representation. Mr. Schwartz and Mr. Hanes became a formidable team that kept Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. among the top performing firms of its kind in Southern California.

In 1997, Braemon M. Hanes became a key member of the Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. team. While providing excellent service to his clients, Braemon continued his education in commercial investment real estate and earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) on June 20, 2002.

In 2017, Braemon M. Hanes and Todd. S Schwartz took over the day to day operations of Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. and continue the track record of excellence established by H. Bruce Hanes and 50 years of service to the investment real estate community.

Together, the Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. team continues to provide the highest level of professional investment real estate advisory and brokerage services.
