Braemon started his career in investment real estate in 1997, and has since been personally involved with over $200M in multifamily transactions in Southern California. While he maintains his focus in the multifamily assets class, he also has experience in commercial sales, residential sales, retail leasing, property management and the sale of businesses. Braemon is also an investment property owner, which adds to his real world expertise.
Braemon maintains a strong belief that knowledge is power and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 2002 by the CCIM Institute – an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
CCIMs are recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and are among an elite corps of professionals across North America who holds the CCIM designation – the “Ph.D of commercial real estate”. Only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial real estate.
The CCIM designation affords Braemon access to an international business network that encompasses more than 1,000 markets and is a powerful force for meeting clients’ needs across town or around the globe. Through this real estate network – the largest in the world – CCIMs successfully complete 60,000 transactions annually, representing $54 billion in value.
Additionally, Braemon is a CRB Candidate (Council of Real Estate Broker Managers) and is an active member of the California Associations of Realtors and National Associations of Realtors.
Braemon also serves as Director of Acquisitions at Hanes Properties; a fully owned subsidiary of Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. which owns and operates a large portfolio of multifamily units.
